Local Law Enforcement Officials Get Immigration Law Training

I just read an article that tells about legislation that was passed by the House that authorizes giving $40 million to state and local governments to be used to train their law enforcement officials to enforce federal immigration laws. I feel this is a better move than the Senate made last week when they made it more difficult for law abiding citizens to get or renew their drivers license. You can get more information on the new legislation at, http://homeland.house.gov .

Yes we should, but I have heard that the Border Patrol has been told to stop arresting illegal aliens in the area that was patroled by the Minutemen. I guess they want to make it look like we don't have a border security problem.

Well there is a problem, or enough citizens would have never organized to fix it.
