Not To Soon To Start Thinking About 2008

I just read two Associated Press articles about who might be running for president in 2008. Is it to soon to start thinking about this? I don't think so. In one of the articles Bill Clinton says his wife Hillary would be an excellent choice to become the United States first female president. Clinton said, " I think now she's at least as good as I was." What I remember best about Clinton's two terms is corruption and scandal. Do we want more of that? What makes anyone think things would be different with Hillary in office? She was the behind the scenes president when Bill was in office.

The other article was about a group of Governors that are possible contenders. They were invited to a formal dinner with President Bush. Mitt Romney says it is way to early to think about this. Once again, I don't think it is. These people are news makers today, easy to watch, and watching them is what we should be doing. When you vote in 2008 don't vote for a candidate because of what he or she say they will do, look at what they have done.

God Bless America, God Save The Republic.
