Chinagate Revisited
I could have saved this for Sunday, I have a question. I was reading a CNSNEWS.COM article (New Clinton Scandal Mirrors 'Chinagate,' Say Analysts)
that compares some of Hillary Clinton's campaign finance tactics to her husband Bill's Chinagate scandal. That was the reason I felt Bill should have been impeached. The Monica Lewinsky scandal was just something the Clinton Gang handed over to the media to keep us busy. The article says that one of Hillary's donors Norman Hsu has been a criminal fugitive since he pled no contest to a charge of grand theft in 1991. Hsu failed to show up for sentencing and, "Hsu's attorney told The Los Angeles Times that Hsu did not remember pleading guilty or facing jail time." I think I might know where this is going. Could it be that Hsu is planning on filing an appeal and claim that he was mentaly unable to help with his own defense? It might work, it seems like he has forgotten all about the original case taking place. If Hillary is elected President will she be able to get anything worthwhile done or will she follow in Bill's foot steps and spend most of her time defending herself in scandal case after scandal case?
Thanks go to CNSNEWS.COM

At a domestic level, scandal cases involving White House staff, least of all the President, is the last thing America needs. There are more pressing issues to deal with, locally and internationally.
There was a time when I was sypathetic to Hillary but her on again, off again rhetoric has changed my mind.
For example, since 2002 she has been all the place about Iraq saying whatever in order to win approval, She defended George W. Bush’s claims on WMDs. She opposed setting a timetable for withdrawal. She voted yes on authorizing the war. She voted no on funding the troops. Go figure! In science fiction circles she would be termed a shape-shifter.
I am not sure what the treatment options are for evolving modes of mental metamorphosis...

Mr. S,
I have always felt the same about your Clinton impeachment comment. Lewinsky was small potatoes compared to the fundraising scandals. Whatever did happen to Johnny Tree (sp?). The thought of four years of Clintons prancing in the white House simply makes me tired. The sad thing is I think only Romney could beat her in the general election. He needs to deal publicly with his religious values if he wants the backing of traditional evangelicals. 08 will be an interesting year.
blessings, chip.
David,
Interesting thing: Mark just got the Constitution Party mailer and scrolling right across the top is "A Republic if you can keep it..."
Thought you should know!

I don't believe that Monica Lewinsky scandal is just front. He will gamble his Presidency for Norman Hzu? I don't think so
