Let Them Know

I think we should let our United States Represenatives know how we feel about the House vote on CAFTA. (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2005/roll443.xml) Check and see if your Represenatives name is in the "NOES" list. If it is contact (http://www.house.gov/writerep/) him or her and thank them for their efforts. If their name is in the "AYES" list contact them and let them know you will remember how they voted the next time you go to vote.

I hope you will take the time to check out the two messages I posted yesterday if you haven't seen them.

God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

This week has witnessed several defeats for America by its elected Congress. CAFTA is but one though perhaps the single largest so far. The reason it is terrible is the very reason that its advocates tout it to the public: it will lower the cost of goods. No matter how low the cost of goods becomes, it is not going to benefit the public because CAFTA will send jobs overseas. It will damage our economy, ship jobs overseas and lead to further abuse of workers in the other CAFTA nations. The only ones who will "benefit" will be the companies who get cheaper labor with less labor laws. CAFTA is a knife in the back of America.

I must say that you've done a superb job with this. Also, the info extremely fast for me on Chrome.
