International Property Maintenance Code
I was looking in my local paper to see if I knew anyone that was fined in Municipal Court on November 27, 2006, something I don't do to often. I didn't but I found something interesting. I found out that someone in Saint Joseph, Missouri has been fined for violating the
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE

This was the first time I could remember seeing this in the News-Press so I did a little Internet search. This was the most recent thing I could find on the International Property Maintenance Code. I haven't got it all read. I was looking for someone that could tell me a little more about it. Where does it come from? Here in Saint Joseph we have enough code enforcement. You can be fined for grass growing in the cracks of your side walk. Do we need an international organization getting into the act? Is this going on all across the country (I'd guess yes) and how often? Am I a little paranoid when I say this smells like the United Nations to me? I think some of you know that is an organization I'd like to see the United States get out of. I'm not so sure that being a little paranoid is necessarily a bad thing when dealing with the United Nations. I hope this turns out to be nothing, but I see I have some reading to do. I hope you'll join me.

I first learned about the IPMC late last year, or early this year. It is not used in my municipality, so I forgot about it.
It is something authored by the International Code Council (ICC). I have found no solid information indicating UN ties.
The U.N. has a lot of problems...but the UN World Food Programme feeds thousands of people who would otherwise starve to death...The UN takes care of refugees who have fled massacres in their home countries...Although there are some good private organizations that do some of this work, none of them have the capability of the U.N. programs.
From the info I have researched the IPMC is tied to the UN and is a tool for property seizure. It has been used to take property from people and give it to other people for commercial and non-commercial development (just like Emminent Domain) but on a global level. It can be used to seize people's houses, make them pay for the demolition, and only pay the former owner the value of the land (not adding the value of any buildings) in the guise of not keeping property up to standard's.
Contrary to the previous blogger, I think you are alright to be paranoid about the U.N., for it is nothing more than a front for the Rothschild's and other international banksters. The U.N. is responsible for eugenics in alot of 3rd world nations and alot of land grabbing for resources like Oil and Diamonds.
