Brady Campaigns Annual State Report Card

In a March 8, 2006 press release the Brady Campaign said, "State Legislatures Are Failing To Protect Kids From The Dangers Of Illegal Guns. Thirty two states received a grade of "D" or "F" on the 2005 report card. I checked it out, Missouri, my home state got a D+. Check it out and see how your state scored. I have a feeling that any state that allows concealed carry got a bad grade. Everything I've read about the Brady Campaign leads me to believe they are more concerned about figuring out a way to disarm all law abiding United States citizens than they are about protecting our children.

God Bless America, God Save The Republic

We would still be part of England if these people had there way. Wait until the police state comes to their door and says your going to a FEMA camp. They won't have any guns to protect themselves.

As for a concealed carry permit, I will never obtain one because I don't have to ask permission to carry a gun.

I am pleased to report that Florida got a grade of F+. This is an excellent grade, if I may say so, but there's still a little room for improvement. I'm sure that if we can get that law requiring employers to let us keep guns in or cars passed, we'll have a full F by next year.

It's times like this that I have great hope for my state despite the socialist county I live in.

I'm elated to report to you that my great state of Alabama received an "F" grade. That means we are doing SOMETHING right after all :-)

I agree. This group cares nothing about the nation's children, it has one goal and one goal ONLY: the illegal disarmament of American Citizens.
