Bush Spending Cuts

Recently I have read a couple of articles about President Bush's plan to eliminate or reduce spending for 154 federal programs. I did not support Bush in the past two elections, I support those
so called third party candidates, the ones that support the constitution. I do however support the presidents planned budget cuts. As far as I can tell none of the programs Bush wants to eliminate are covered by the United States Constitution. To me that means the federal government never should have funded them in the first place.
